Be calm, be still, all is love.

“Peace is not a result inside us from everything around us. Peace is not submissive nor passive. On the contrary, peace is an overwhelming force which comes from within us, disrespectful of everything around us, a firm coalition of spirit and soul standing against all the unrest that abounds.”
― C. JoyBell C.
In these challenging times we perhaps require the interaction of our community more than ever before.

Not only have we had the news that people are getting very sick, in fact we are bombarded with it constantly but we have had restricted movements imposed on us. If that wasn’t enough, all the detritus, fear, neurosis and general noise about 5G, food, cell mutation, illuminati and cashless societies are being lobbed at us for good measure.

I don’t want to enter into what is right, who is right and what we should do about it but I do want to say, be selective about what you read or listen to.

As a community share knowledge wisely.

The collective is fearful and it is feeding the virus. As a community be the Great Spirit in action. Let the universe work through you. I do think that there is no smoke without fire and it is highly likely that the powers that be may well benefit from this current crisis further down the line but right now all we can do is live in the moment and walk the middle path. Assessment and the call for justice will come later.

Your survival – mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally – depends on your ability to be at peace.

The thing is, we are encouraged to be in turmoil, to be anxious and unhappy. This makes us prone to greater control by market forces and how our economic and political world is shaped. Feelings of scarcity and lack are frightening. Take a moment to just step back.

As a community we can encourage each other to be at peace.

I am not advocating denial or being fluffy about what is happening here but rather to take on the essence of Strength, kindness is not a weakness, compassion is not a dirty word, acceptance is not compliance, they are tools.

Get passionate about peace!

Meditation is wonderful for calm.

Jump onto Zoom or Skype and have board game sessions, competitions, art and poetry exchanges.

Play with your cards, have Tarot swaps and meet ups online.

Learn something new.

I am sure you will have all the bases covered.
More important than anything is however, remain the fabulous people that you are, enjoy the thriving community that you have become.

This will all pass and we can look forward to sharing stories together from these extraordinary times.
